Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for using the RepairCore Cloud platform and the rights and obligations of the parties.

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. General provisions

These terms define the conditions for providing services through the RepairCore Cloud platform for managing automotive service.

The service provider and operator of the RepairCore Cloud platform is Muto sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Władysława Pytlasińskiego 10/12/14, 00-777 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000649704, NIP: 5213757445, REGON: 365959145.

Using the platform means accepting these terms.

2. Scope of service

RepairCore Cloud provides subscription-based tools for customers, vehicles, work orders, inventory and teams. Individual modules are at different rollout stages — see the feature statuses on the product page.

The scope of features may differ depending on the selected plan and rollout stage (pilot, preprod, production).

3. Account and access

Access to the platform requires an active account. Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential.

An organisation administrator can grant and revoke permissions for individual team members.

4. Payments

The service is billed on a subscription cycle according to the selected plan.

Pricing and payment terms are agreed individually during the demo.

5. Liability

We make every effort to keep the platform running continuously, but reserve the right to technical interruptions for maintenance.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law.
