Periodic inspection
RepairCore Cloud organizes daily team work: from the first customer contact, through vehicle context, repair order, documents, approvals and status, to service history. Workshops, fleets and partners work from the same operational context.
Decisions scattered across calls, messages, notes and files make teamwork and customer updates harder.

RepairCore Cloud is the technology layer developed for the vehicle service ecosystem: local eCarService operations, FleetPoint fleet coordination, the current ECS Cloud platform and future repair partner networks.
The current SaaS platform/project evolving toward RepairCore Cloud.
A future network of repair partners working in one shared data and process standard.

1998
RepairCore Cloud is not designed as an abstract software project. It is developed from real automotive experience: service operations, eCarService locations, fleet needs, workshop partners and industry relationships built since 1998.
This background helps us design more than an application — it helps us build an operational standard for customer intake, vehicles, repair orders, documents, approvals, statuses and service history.
RepairCore Cloud grows out of real vehicle service operations — combining service experience, eCarService locations, FleetPoint's fleet needs, the current ECS Cloud foundation and a future partner network into one operational standard.
| Typical fragmented software | RepairCore Cloud |
|---|---|
| Assumptions about what software should look like | Real service workflows |
| Scattered tools and data | One shared workflow |
| Separate systems for service, fleet and network | Shared vehicle and order data |
| Open, unscoped integration access | Scoped, auditable integrations |
| Automation without oversight | Diagnosis and cost decisions stay with people |
| The system dictates the outcome | The system supports advisors, technicians and fleet managers |
RepairCore Cloud connects parts catalogues, repair estimates based on VIN and damage, and agreed external systems. Availability of each integration depends on its rollout stage.
Control who can access specific data and functions.
Data for individual organisations and locations is kept appropriately separate.
Communication between the user, application and services is protected.
Key operations can be recorded and reviewed.
RepairCore Cloud can grow through several business paths — from piloting one workshop process, through fleet coordination, to multi-location networks and controlled partner integrations. Pricing is agreed individually and is not published.
Process pilot → operational rollout → subscription.
Vehicle coordination → statuses → documents → reporting.
Multiple locations → one service standard → shared data and workflows.
Controlled integration scope → roles → audit → operator decision.
Damage intake → documents → status → repair → vehicle history.
RepairCore Cloud can help organize context, documents, communication and next steps. Decisions about diagnosis, repair scope, cost approval and responsibility remain with authorized people: service advisors, technicians, fleet managers or operators.
